Blue Coral Seafood & Spirits is a new restaurant concept conceived of and created by Bill Allen and Paul Fleming, two restaurant entrepreneurs with a long history of success in the business. This well esteemed duo (who also founded Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar) sought to create a new kind of dining experience for people who are passionate about high-quality seafood. In conjunction with President Edna Morris, formerly of the James Beard Foundation, they wanted to create a destination that would not only serve exceedingly high quality seafood, but elevate the spirit as well. |
