| Full-Moon Walk on Scripps Pier La Jolla |

Join the Birch Aquarium at Scripps Institution of Oceanography for this special evening.
Date: October 14, 2008 - 6pm to 8:30pm
During this moonlit walk along the 1,090-foot pier, participants will learn about the structure's history, dissect a squid, make marine organisms glow-in-the-dark, collect plankton, observe ocean conditions and study the nocturnal habits of marine life.
Open to ages 9 and up. Fee is $20/adults, $17/children. Advanced registration required.
