I had a chance to try their cheesecake while vacationing in Hawaii. I was staying at my place and I walked over to the neighboring hotel, The Mana Kai, and they have a little deli market. I must of gotten that Hawaiin Hula cheesecake. It was so good, I went back the next day and got another piece and asked the guy if they make their own. He said they were shipped from the Mainland. After much discussion and gentle prodding, he finally gave it up.... Incredible Cheesecake Company. I just wished they had a website, or maybe I have not come across it yet.
Anyway, I have made cheesecakes for competition and placed, so I think I'm a good judge of cheesecakes and this place offers the best I've tasted in a long time.
