Our cross-training center features a complete fitness selectorized system which includes
machines to address the needs of the body's different muscle groups. A large selection of free
weights, dumbells, and benches are also available.

Our Aquatics area features the following: progressive swim, pre-school swim, lap swimming,
open/family swim, senior swim, pool parties, aqua-fit classes, lifeguard training, scub diving
certification, masters swim team, youth swim team, and private/semi private swim lessons!
 
It's Game Time - Don't Miss Out!
Indoor soccer is a fast paced, exciting game that is growing in
popularity each year! The Peninsula Family YMCA offers a
state-of-the-art indoor soccer facility complete with non-abrasive synthetic grass, a scoreboard, and ample spectator seating.		  
The Peninsula YMCA is currently enjoying a $5.2 million, 32,000 sq
ft renovation! The Claude & Gladys Ryan Family are bringing a
"state of the art" YMCA facility to our coastal communities.
