Stephanie's is a Mostly Organic Bakery, always using the most wholesome and highest quality ingredients available. We offer a variety of specialty items, such as vegan, dairy free, and lactose free. We’re known for our delicious cakes, cookies, muffins, brownies, strudel, tasty lunch items, custom designed wedding cakes, and more. All Stephanie's products use primarily organic, unprocessed, and unrefined ingredients. You won't find anything with bleached flour, processed sugar, hydrogenated oils, or trans fats at this bakery.
Since 1999, Stephanie’s has provided a blend of old- world charm mixed with health conscious thinking. The bakery, just blocks from the water in Ocean Beach, California, is a family-run business owned and operated by Maria Sanchez Brown and Vanessa Karmo. Maria has a background in nutrition and organic cooking, while Vanessa has a degree in International Cuisine and also studied at Leonardo da Vinci's School of Arts in Florence, Italy. You can be sure that everything you find at Stephanie's will be wholesome and nutritious.
