How residents are doing one month after devastating flooding

SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) — Beginning Friday, Catastrophe Restoration Facilities will open in San Diego to assist flood survivors impacted by the January storms.

The facilities will probably be positioned on the Mountainview Group Middle and the Spring Valley Library from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily. Residents impacted can apply for native, state and federal help.

In the meantime, some flood victims say they’ve already acquired some assist from FEMA.
