Australia to play Palestinian males's soccer group in Perth in June
Soccer Australia stated Tuesday that the Socceroos will play the Palestinian males’s soccer group in Perth, Western Australia on June 11 in a 2026 World Cup qualifying match.
Australia has a 2-0 document in Group I within the second spherical of Asian qualifying whereas the Palestinian group has a draw and a loss.
The loss was 1-0 to Australia when the Palestinian facet was pressured to play a “house” recreation in Kuwait in November because of the ongoing battle in Gaza. It was initially scheduled for the West Financial institution.
