Metropolis votes to request governor for federal main catastrophe declaration for Jan. 22 flooding

SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) — San Diego Metropolis Council on Monday voted 8-0 to request Gov. Gavin Newsom to then request President Joe Biden to declare a serious catastrophe for the Jan. 22 storm that swept by San Diego, displacing lots of of residents and inflicting hundreds of {dollars} in harm.
