Crash involving semi-truck snarls site visitors on I-5

SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) — Visitors is slowed alongside the northbound Interstate 5 by way of Solana Seaside following a multi-vehicle crash Tuesday afternoon involving an enormous rig.
