Henry Foster III takes massive lead in San Diego Metropolis Council District 4 marketing campaign

Henry Foster III, chief of workers for County Supervisor Monica Montgomery Steppe, took a giant lead on election evening, pulling in 53.6% of the vote within the San Diego Metropolis Council District 4 seat — his boss’ outdated place.
