SAN DIEGO, Calif. (FOX 5/ KUSI) — One individual is lifeless after falling from a San Diego border wall within the Otay Mesa space, authorities confirmed.

In line with the San Diego Police Division, officers and U.S. Customs and Border Safety brokers responded to stories of an individual who had gone over the border wall simply earlier than 11:30 p.m. Thursday.
