Alaska Airways passenger arrested after disturbance on San Diego outbound flight

SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) — A passenger on an Alaska Airways flight from San Diego Worldwide Airport to Washington Dulles Worldwide Airport in Virginia was arrested earlier this month, the airline mentioned.
On March 3, the Alaska Airways Flight 322 passenger, who seemed to be confused, tried to entry the flight deck in a non-violent method, the airline instructed FOX 5 in a press release.
“The passenger was noncompliant, which prompted our flight crew to enlist off-duty regulation enforcement officers to assist restrain him,” Alaska Airways mentioned.
The flight, which was on a Boeing 737, continued to Dulles Worldwide Airport with out incident and landed safely round 3:30 p.m., in response to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).
Alaska Airways confirmed Virginia regulation enforcement arrested the passenger who has been banned from touring with the airline.
The FAA will examine the incident.
